M-Series Solar Shades
M-Series Manual Solar Shades are made of strong, durable, and wear-resistant materials, the roller shade clutch system provides smooth operation and pull force. Manual window shades from SWFcontract are cost-effective for you and the end-user and increase energy-efficiency.
Features & Components
Shade Cloth
- M-Series solar shades are only available with M-Series shade cloth in 1%, 3% or 5% openness.
Brackets
- Projection Brackets available with continuous-loop lift with cassette on outside mounts in two sizes: 3-1⁄4" and 4".
Controls
- Continuous Loop Lift bead chain length is approximately 7⁄8 of the length of shade. Choose left or right chain location. Outside mount is recommended for maximum light control.
Valance
- Cassette Valance shall be aluminum-extruded, fabric covered valance is available.
- Insert Fabric Valance is a traditional dust cover vertical blind valance with a 3-1/2" strip of fabric inserted into the channel of the valance. Available with regular or reverse roll. Valance fabric matches shade fabric. Can be added to a roller shade after the time of ordering.
Fascia
- Fascia shall be aluminum-extruded. Square, available in 3" and 4". Color coordinated end covers are provided for outside mount. Projection brackets are not available. Fascia Colors: Alabaster, Black, Bronze, Clear Anodized, White.
Sill Channels
- Sill Channels shall be extruded two-piece aluminum with synthetic pile inserts to eliminate light gaps. Sill channels not available with fabric-wrapped hem bar. Side and sill channels may need to be cut on site for appropriate fit. Colors: Alabaster, Black, Bronze, Clear Anodized, White.
Options
- Turning fabric width for height accommodates larger windows; available on select fabrics
- Reverse roll: fabric rolls over the front of tube; standard: material rolls over the back
- Hem bar: heat sealed (standard) or fabric wrapped (surcharge option)
- Fascia available in square only with 3" and 4" heights
